Service manager said bring car in at 10 AM to test ride. At 12:30 PM he was still not there. I left the car. Told mechanic I wanted a alignment printout, and the steering wheel centered. I got no call of completion so I rode out to the store. I asked for the print out and was told there was not one. The steering wheel was still not centered, the vibration still there and nobody could verify alignment was done, at 6:00 PM. Still no service Manager. At least 8 times in shop. same problem, same poor treatment.
