Ordered watch, and cancelled it 1/2 hour later as I could not get threw to the office and the live on line chat does not work, the responding emails are of automatic response, then they acknowledged my cancellation, and put the charge on my visa anyway, I have tried everything to get some contact and cannot, now they act as if I have not cancelled the order. I also paid extra for 4-8 days delivery, they said watch was in stock now a week later I get an email stating it will be another 20 days or more for delivery they advertise these watches are of swiss and japanese quality, the email states that this watch is being shipped from china, I was of belief that these watches were in stock in US and not originating from china, i feel that they are tying to go over their 60 days so I will not get a refund from my credit card company. A legitimate company would have a real peson to deal with
