I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this organization. They sell themselves as providing personal matchmaking services with an assigned counselor who works with you to find appropriate matches. In the 2 months since I joined ($1350 fee!) I received 5 matches - 2 were over 400 miles away, one was about 50 miles away. Of the other two, one said he had just met someone through the service and the other never responded. I seriously wonder if these are made up people. The counselor has now disappeared (hasn't returned phone calls or emails in over a month) and calls and emails to the execs listed on their website have also gotten no response. This business is a complete ripoff!!!
