I made my $50 deposit, submitted the days and destinations that I wanted, and they were unable to get reservations. So I requested a refund of my deposit. That's when the trouble started. I waited the 60 days, and no refund. I called several times and no one returned my calls. No one in the refund department has EVER answered the phone. This week, I have left a message every single day this week, and no one has called me back. If you don't want to get your money back, go ahead and send in your deposit. Maybe they'll return you're call.
