Indiscriminately Com Ed has raised my BUDGET payments progressively after my last move to a NW IL DuPage County village. I will call them tomorrow and ask why they do this without any notice. Over the years my so called budget plan went from $10.00 to $15.00 to $17.00 . Then after I moved from Chicago to DuPage County it jumped up to $30.00. This last bill shows another progressive addition of $9.00 equaling $39.00. I'm a low income senior trying to survive for 30 to 31 days on what I formerly earned in 2 weeks before retiring. I am a member of C.U.B. and hope that they will block the raise they are trying to get. This is only one of their latest activities.
