I denied accepting an old battery as a replacement of my faulty battery. I was told that the battery was new but ultimately they admitted that it was not a new one and agreed to give me a new one. This kind of practice is not expected from a company like Exide Industries. This incident happened in Exide Industries Ltd, 6A Hatibagan Road, Kolkata 700 014, Ph 033-22861866 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 033-22861866 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I am currently using a service battery and expecting that some one from that business unit would contact me soon.
