My car was stolen when I was out of the country. When I came back and filed the police report, they said there was nothing in the system. Then, suddenly couple months later, I got a bill from collection agency stating that my car was towed few months back and now I need to pay for the towing and storage for 4 months for $3750. The car does not worth that much, so what are my options here legally?
