I had a Referral Bonus that my relative (who referred me to sign up) was supposed to get -- $125. I signed up and gave Expert Satellite all the information and referral code for my relative. No check sent to them. First they told me it takes 2 months. Two months later, they said it was sent, but no check. Five times since I have left voicemail messages or got an agent who said they would look into it and call back. NO Calls at All from anyone. One agent said 3 weeks ago that Direct TV was not paying them so they were not sending out the Referral checks! That is my concern??? I have all dates and persons I talked to.

Very, very poor customer service once they get the Satellite disk put in.
