I was having trouble with my husband lap top and some how got connected to Justanswer.com and uoy could ask a question and get an answer from an expert you was to check the amount you could spent and I agreed to $18.00 and never did get a answer that would help and now I see they charged my credit card for $36.00. I can not find a phone number to talk to them and to go on line you have to pay again
