I initially agreed to a "FREE TRIAL" (+ shipping charges) and on the phone and when informed they would "automatically bill my account" every 30 days, I cancelled the "FREE TRIAL". They still mailed me the product and have now began charging my account without my authorization. Initally I was charged shipping charges and now in the last day they have charged $83.17, $1.99, and $2 to my account. I phoned the customer service number and spoke with three people who denied crediting my account. Now I am going through my bank to file a dispute claim. Unless you have much free time on your hands and are looking for a frustrating task DO NOT, I REPEAT--DO NOT! BUY IN TO THESE "FREE TRIALS'!!! You are much wiser to go to your local nutrition & health store and simply pay full price for a full bottle and spare yourself the innumerable hours of frustrations & headaches!!!
