Express Shuttle failed to pick me and my wife up for a trip to the airport resulting in us almost missing our flight. This cost us $204.00 in parking plus about 80 miles in mileage instead of the $130.00 contracted for. We have sent a letter (10/30/07) and called 3 times with no response.
