I attempted to purchase a designer handbag for my wife, and after 5 months I am still waiting!!! I've tried calling the number on the website, NO RESPONSE. The website has a contact box, NO RESPONSE!!!

I've seen online that Jennifer White is the owner and there are other complaints. Please help me get my money back or just the hand bag for my wife. I've already missed her birthday, but I would like to make it up to her.
