This company has repeatedly made excuses not to repair numerous leaking panels, and a badly fitting door, failed to keep appointments and not returned phone calls or emails. The manager is rude obnoxious and wholly unprofessional. One excuse after another has been made as to why they can not keep appointments, the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on, the units are overpriced and of a poor quality. there is rising damp causing condensation and a swollen floor due to the cheap wood used as a base on the floating floor.
