Unable to receive a person to speak with regarding a claim on my 2002 Yukon, Denali. My fuel pump needs to be replaced and the automotive shop will not fix it until they receive a preauthorization from the warranty company to state that they will cover the work. I have been without a car for four days, because the warranty company will not answer their telephone.
