This was ridiculous. I purchased a shower curtain from this company last week. They tried to charge me an additional ten dollars for shipping, when I had already paid 7.95. I am confused as to why it would be 17.00 to ship a shower curtain. When I inquired about the additional charges, I was told it was authorized by my bank. I contacted a friend of mine who is in banking and was told that was probably not the case. Magically, after I sent a second e-mail to Extreme Computing, explaining that the ten dollars had not been credited back to my account, the amount on my online banking changed to the correct amount. It seemed like this company has no idea how to manage its customers or practice efficient business practices. A normal customer knows it will not cost 17.00 to ship a shower curtain. I was VERY DISPLEASED to say the least. I have been ordering items online for years and have never had so many problems with one company. I will not be shopping with you again.
