they will not send my title and bill of sale
i bought and paid dave burgman 2399.00 for a red trike scooter over 3 weeks ago and he will not send me the title and the bill of sale, the scooter is no got with out those papers

Never returned money
Unpaid refund from 4 months ago. Sent him a check for a V3 never received after two months so I asked him to refund me my money back and he has yet to return my money back. He has sent me to collections now.
