This morning I stopped at the Exxon station at 10800 Research Blvd in Austin, Texas fo fill my truck and get a wash. The car wash broke leaving soap on my truck and I went inside to ask for a refund.Manager Michael came out of his office and I requested a refund because I needed to go elsewhere to get the soap off my truck. He said He wanted to see my truck which I pointed to. I told him he was welcome to ride through the car wash with me if he did not beleive him. He screamed at me and said he wouil give me a customer complaint form to fill out. I got upset and called him an Asshole and he proceeded to call the police and never shop at Exxon again.

I have been an EXXon customer since 1986 and up until now I have been treated as if my business is important.
All I am asking for is a $10. credit to my account.
