I ordered contacts lens back in December 2010. It's Feb 2011 and I have still not received them. I have called them several times regarding my contacts and all the lady kept telling me was, "I don't know when our UPS guy will arrive and your contact lens should be here any day", really?!?!? I called again and was told that they were on backorder. I called again and now I'm being told that the company they get the lens from doesn't have the color I requested and that's why it's taking so long. At this point I have requested my $140 back and the lady said, “I will have to get with the doctor. If I don't get my money back, I'm going to take matters in my own hands. At this point they never have to worry about me ever going back to them. They lack professionalism, customer service, and integrity. This is absolutely ridiculous that it takes this long to get a product without any type of feedback. I’m very disgusted about this whole situation. I work with computers every day and I’m hurting my eyesight even worse because I don’t have my contacts and my old prescription glasses don’t work for me.
