I took out a payday loan with this company and I have been trying to pay this loan out, but EVERYTIME I call, I remain on hold for 15+ minutes at a time and no one answers and I send emails with no response. They keep debiting a service fee and I hate to change my checking account b/c of all the drafts I already have coming from it.
