Hi, I unauthorized charges on my bank account .I called the company to say that I did not authorize the charges and was told that I could only get 2 months of charges back out of seven . the total amount was 237.30 but they said I could only get 67.80back I said that I wanted speak to some one who colud authorize me getting my money back .I was then transfered to jammie, who said that I colud get 3 months which is 101.70. I said that I wanted it all back .
I was told that was all could get back .I know threr has to some thing that i can do .Can you please help .I talked Joe I#4502, iwas told by him that he would chech into it . I told them that I had not given any autherization and asked who gave them my bank info. & was told by one of the reps. that it was colon cleanse which I had made a purchase of 107.35 with only days before . I didnt sign up for any promotions with them at that time . I know that there is something that con be done about these rip offs . they should be made to pay a fine or something.
