I submitted an invention on August 5, 2010. The invention was a package containing 10 garbage bags to be placed in a can at one time. Each time you use one bag the other bags would remain in place for the next use. I saw a commercial on May 7, 2011 for that same idea. I have account verification numbers to prove that idea was submitted to Invent Help on August 5, 2010.
What are my legal rights to that invention?
