My order to EZinkjets (360628) was made on 02/04/2007, but it has yet to be received. I was informed on one of my calls to inkjet that my cartridges had to be returned to the manufacturer because of quality control problems, and that I told receive them. On one of my next calls I was told, by Christina, that my money would be refunded within 10 to 15 days, I have yet to receive it.

I will be honest with you, they were very attentive to my previous orders in the beginning, but the previous order to this one took over a month to receive.I have tried to contact them through e-mails and phone, and all I got was promises, like someone has been assigned to take care of the problem. I am still waiting...
