I was billed $108.+ on my verizon phone bill for 3 months that was NOT AUTHORIZED. E zip refused to give me a hard copy of the recording that authorization was given. They refused to reimburse the $325.00 i was charged. I filed a complaint with PUC who in turn contacted Verizon Corportate. Verizon told me they will "recourse" the charges only after I contacted the PUC who in turned called Verizon. I am waiting for the reimbursement

I have also filed a complaint with FCC.
These Fraudulent Companies such as e Zip need to be stopped. It is at the federal level that they are allowed to bill thru the phone provider. If this has happened to you report a complaint to the FCC & to the PUC. the phone numbers are on your phone bill for filing complaints to PUC & FCC
