I have the same issue with EZsalvage. They owe me $14000 .WHEN I REALISE WAS GOING TO MAKE A MISTAKE SO BIG, I STOP AND THEN ASK A REFUND.

I have followed all refund procedures but YIMMI and everyone else in the company is avoiding my calls now because they are 90 days late on my refund. The way I see it, they are not planning to refund any money at all. No legal business does this. Since the amount they owe me is ($14000) I will take them to court. I do not live too far from NY so I have no problem traveling to the courthouse in the Bronx. Actually, I will pursue these( M*&%%$%# )till the end. Anybody can make a mistake.
