I noticed on my credit card statement a $14.95 fee with a description of EZSVR RW. My wife and I had no idea what this was. Then I looked on previous statements and noticed I had seven months of the same fee from the same company. I researched on line and found out that this EZSVR RW wrongfully sets up a membership fee when you buy flowers on line through PROFLOWERS without your knowledge. I called EZSVR right away and explained my situation. They explained that I made a purchase through Cherry Berries and at the same time signed up for an EZ Saver Rewards membership program to save money on my initial purchase. I explained to EZSVR that I did not sign up for this membership and asked them to cancel my membership and reimburse me the 7-months of fees. EZSVR RW apologized, canceled my membership, and reimbursed me the 7-months of fees.
