on 9/23/09 bought stove and microwave .paid 1113.72
when delivered microwave had crushed in corner and stove was wrong one . not the one we ordered.
went back and took microwave and they were going to pick-up stove when they brought the new items.
they took original receipt and said they would send me a new receipt so I could go on line and get delivery fee refund.
have called the sales person 2 times and she said she would send me new receipt.
nothing. called and talked to a gentleman there who looked it up and said he would get a new receipt right out. that was two weeks ago.
am still waiting. it is the 13th of november..
