i have a charge on my bank account for 50 for facebook credits i did not purchase how to i get them removed

paid $4.99 for $20 worth of gold while playing game gardens of time. Came off credit card but never got the gold.

On Facebook I was playing a game called Gardens of Time. It called to buy gold if you wanted more to play with. I bought some the total was 92.97 dollars. I was playing the game and all of a sudden it stopped and told me that I no longer was connected to it. I have tried several time to get back onto the game, but I can't. In the meantime I can't use what I bought and I would like the balance of what I haven't use refunded back to my debit card account. I spent more than I wanted to at the time, but I though I am going to be playing this so I will use it up. Now I can't. Please let me know how and when I can get this refund back.
