I purchased a Razor over the phone and I was outright lied to by them on that the razor had a pop-up trimmer on it. When I recieved it it did not have a pop-up trimmer as promised. I called them and they hung up on me, after about eight calls I finally got to talk to them and they denied they made this statement. I e-mailed them and they did not reply. This company will lie to you just to get a sale - DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF --- I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH Factory Outlet
