Fair Deals Auto Sales should change their names to "Raw Deals Auto Sales." Simply put, they are not to be trusted. I placed a deposit on a used car this month. The car has a major mechanical issue, which the dealer claimed they would fix. The signal light was broken & the radio had been removed on their lot. Well they refused to fix the signal or the radio. They claimed they would fix the other issues (why am I not surprised that they didn't put it in writing??) I was a little taken aback when the saalesman insisted on a cash deposit, when I wanted to put the deposit on my credit card. The salesman insisted that I get CASH, as much as possible by any means necessary; he said..."my manager loves cash." On the next business day, called and asked for the return of my deposit, cause I just didn't trust them. Surprised...that Mohammed the sales manager didnt return my deposit. I'm writing to warn all of you to stay away from this dealer. Go to the Better Business Bureau's web site you'll see that they have an F rating. And, while you're there find a used car dealer w/an A+ rating. As for Fair Deal...don't be a sucker, stay away from them or you will have a "Raw Deal."
