Placed an order with them on June 11, 2009. Received one communication from them telling me that one item was oversold and I would not be getting it. If it was that popular, why not place a second order with the manufacturer? Why not compile all the orders received, and then place a manufacturers order for that amount? Very poor business practices. Got one other item finally late September of same year. By October 26th after calling and being told that the final item on the order, the one I really wanted, was not yet available and may not be until after the first of the year I had enough. It was supposed to have shipped early September. Never received an email on status, never an apology, no communications originated by them at all. I had to make the calls and get the vague runaround answers. Finally cancelled the order and still not one peep out of them with an apology. Did get for free a stress toy, should have guessed it was for all the stress they would put me through trying to get what I had ordered.
