We tried to use the points purchased for a stay at the Newport RI facility and there was no availability until November 8th (8 months away) – We were told during the sales pitch that availability is NEVER a problem.

This is a scam and I have reported it to my credit card company and will go further if needed.

We have bought a Fairfield property and when I went to inquire about the point transfer as promised during our sales presentation, I was told that I had to buy the points from a specific person. There is no doubt in our minds (3 people were listening) that the sales person did not mention we had to buy the property from someone in particular. In fact he said “any” Fairfield property. Obviously the sales person failed to mention this point so he could con us into buying this free trial purchase.

The sales person positively lied and mislead us in order to make a sale.

This has also been reported to the Better Business Bureau and many other complaints are also included.
