I never authorized anyone from Protected ID Mgt. or ID Theft Refund to take $31.98 out of my account. I was never made aware of this or ever signed up for ID theft - not only did they take $31.98 they caused my bank account to be overdrawn and now I have a $56.00 overdraft charge because of this and put my bank account in an negative status. Then I was instructed to go online for a refund and I can't even find that, I think this is a ripoff. I want my refund put back into my account plus the overdraft fees that was charged to my account.
