i have bought a coach bag & they told me 100% authentic with gift receipt/care card and etc...items reached nothing is inside the parcel except the WRONG FAKE COACH bag they gave me. send them numerous emails on my refund BUT none of them reply me. Never ever trust an online shopping especially from CHINA..
