I went to FAMILY COSMETIC GENTLE DENTISTRY LTD in COTTAGE GROVE, MINNESOTA and was seen by DR BREYNNE FORDAHL for 2 absessing teeth. I requested a prognosis, a treatment plan and a weeks worth of antbiotics so i would have time to see a endodontist and determine a plan of action. She refused service, told me to take Ibuprofen for pain and go find a specialist to take care of the problem. She offered no referral to any doctor and honestly did not care about me in any way shape or form. She told me she would not provide me with rx for antibiotics because she could lose her license DUE TO THE FACT THAT i HAD TAKEN ANTIBIOTICS IN THE LAST 30 DAYS. She was unmerciful, uncaring, cold and rude. she obviously has no compassion for the human race and apparently works for $$$$ more than she does concern for her patients. The office I visited accepts Careington Discount Dental Program but it is obvious that DR BREYNNE resents working with economically depressed patients and is not willing to spend any time helping them.
When I questioned her about why a senior dentist of 30 years was willing to give me the antibiotics and not her she told me I should just go back and see one of them and quote " Sorry you are upset with my decision " then walked out on me...That was it. Appointment over.
