Scheduled appointment at 11:45am and waited in the waiting room until 1:00pm. After complaining to the front desk I was then transferred to a room and waited until 1:45pm with out being seen by a DR or being updated on why the long wait. Walked out of appointment after waiting for 2 hours without being seen and then Dr cancelled me as a patient. Previously seen DR and the reason for the visit was not addressed nor was a follow up visit recommended. DR was not qualified to treat me and should have notified me of this and instead continued to attempt to treat me when this was not in my best medical interest. I feel as if I was only being seen to profit the office.
