I called in to settle my account on back taxes... the people in the collections department are not only rude but they act as judge, jury, and executioner. All I wanted was the amount I owed and they proceed to become hostile and combative with me. This is not how a government office that is there to serve the people should behave. I expect more for my tax dollar.
