When I signed up for Company, I clicked on the box where it said $12.99 a month, I had 14 days on trail basis. Well after 14 days they did not take the $12.99 like they said they took $155.40 which I was short about $20.00 to pay and I was charged a overdraft fee by the bank. Well I put in to unsubscribe about 4 times and when I did it said you will get a refund amount of $155.40, and they still do not unsubscribe me and give me my refund. Because I put in for a refund only a day after my trail stopped they owe me a refund but they do not answer me and they still have my subscription open I already contacted the bank and I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I tried to get their number and all I could get is a place they said that people who wanted to sign up over the phone could go and when I called that the guy said that his Company has no business with Ancestry.com. I'm pretty sure they are trying every thing to keep my money. I advice if you are looking to do your family tree to go some where else. If they pay me my money and give me a good reason why they did not pay me and unsubscribe me I will come back here and correct this complaint.
