In 2004 we purchased movie tickets through Fandango with our credit card.
We have just found out that we have been setup on a monthly payment schedule for the last 5 years from "Reservation Rewards".

We were NEVER notified of the continuing unauthorized charges. We also never noticed the small obsucre charge because this is a business credit.
How do we get our money back and what is the result of the law suit?
