We hired Fantastic Cleaning Professionals Inc. to clean our recently remodeled home April 4. they applied a cleaning chemical that permanently dulled and streaked our oak hardwood flooring. A flooring contractor came out to evaluate the damage and determined it was damaged by a cleaning product and needed to be be refinished. We were scheduled to move into the home that day and placed all our household goods in the garage while the flooring was being repaired. The company refuses to pay for the damaged flooring and added moving costs of $1,530.00.
