I bought a fastrack sunglass, model no - M062GR2 some time ago. A few days later, the frame of the sunglass broke up from one side. There was no fall or sqeeze on frame and can be easily verified by looking at the broken frame and the lens (which has now come out).
I showed it to 'World of Titan' in Valasaravakkam, chennai and the person there agreed that it is a manufacturing defect and took the glass from me. After around 20 days, he is offering me a coupon which is worth 66% of the original sunglass price and can be redeemed only at his shop. This is reallly annoying as :
- It is a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, so why is 33% getting deducted?
- Why should I buy another fastrack product with this coupon as I have already lost trust in the quality of the sungalsses made by fastrack?

I want to speak directly to a company representative regarding this complaint as I don't fully trust what the person in 'World of Titan' told me
