I placed A order of flowers for my daughter who is a a marine base in Cali. Her husband deployed yesterday for the 4th time. This is a ruff one as he is going to be on the push as a platoon SGt. He will be in great danger. I paid an exta 17, 00 for same day delivery for flowers that where never delivered. I called up until 11:00pm and they where going to call me back and tell me why. I never recieved a call. I call my daughter this morning to check on her and she tells me the florist called at 6:45am to say they where unable to deliver to her she lived to far. I find this unbelievable. I call 3 more times today and they tell me it will take a week to get my money back and won't give me a conf. # that it was never sent. Offered nothing. So Buyer be ware and never use FDT, I'm out the money for a week and my daughter never got the flowers. just a rude call waking her up. This company should go out of buisness. I am furious with the customer service I got which was none. I would never ever try them again and only hope I get the money back.
