I work at a university and ordered toner from HP.com and received it the next day. The condition of the packaging was unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't know who to blame, HP or Fed Ex, but more likely Fed Ex. I attached a picture of the packaging AS IT ARRIVED. I didn't sign for the package but heard that the Fed Ex delivery person shrugged it off when questioned about the packaging. I contacted HP to get an exchange and they seemed compliant, but it took a long time. I don't have the time but will absolutely contact Fed Ex about this as well.
