Two days age One Yomi Banco of Rep.of Benin sent e-mail titled INVESTMENT ASSURED. When responded he informed me through email that he was an advisor in Oil and Gas Industry of Rep.of Benin and earned 15 million USD which he wants to invest in India I offered him to help. He immediately sent a Contractor Certificate of Rep.of Benin anti-dated and informed that money would be sent by the OIL and Gas Industry and asked my bank details. I gave the same. To-day the Federal Board of Debt Settlement me approaval for payment of 15 million USD in my favour and also a quarterly international remittance statement for the month of October, 2009 in which my name is also shown as a beneficiary giving Sl.No. 3166 etc. Whether it is genuine or not Please advise me in this regard.
