Not as indicated-Fraud/Scam

I had an online chat with Celeste that she could give me a $5.00 discount if I joined right now and that if I was not eligible or unable to obtain a grant I was guaranteed my money back. I didn't have a chance to even look through the website before she came up in chat box and that left the website unavailable to me.

So, I ordered this for $14.97 and paid through PayPal. Then the VIP membership information came up and if I wanted all these extras, I had to pay $12.97. I sent them an email approximately 2 hours after I ordered the membership requesting my money back immediately and that I was going to contact PayPal and start a complaint, which I intend to do right after this.

I wish I had known about this website before looking at their website. I have this in my favorites and will check out all websites and emails here before responding.

Fraud

On December 31, 2008, I applied for Federal Funding Programs and PAID for access to The Grant Applications, Funding Resources and VIP Package Bonus Offers through Goldstar Media. HA! To date, I have not been able to access this information nor have I received any Emails for instructions. I printed my bogus "receipts" with invoice numbers and order numbers which are obviously useless as there is no way to contact either Federal Funding or Goldstar Media.
I demand my money ($32.97) be returned immediately. If there is no response, I fully intend to contact the "Consumer Fraud" segment on the local TV newsprogram, for starters.
