I called just to receive info. Jessica Lopez was quick to call me back but when she started telling me about the fees after taking my credit card info, refused to cancel my order. She had not given me a confirmation number, we didn't even make it that far. Soon as she got my card info, she was done. I don't know what to do from here. This is awful, I am a single mom, just lost my job and only trying to receive help until I have another job. This is scary.
