I was searching for information on getting Federal Grants on line and saw a site that suggested it offered a workbook on how to write grants for federal monies and supported with an on-line crew to help you write such grants. To check out the packet all you had to do was pay $1.98 and they would ship it to you for a free week to decide if you wanted to purchase the how to grant writing packet. Instead I was billed $39.95 plus a double billing for exchange rates on monies.
When I called the number from my credit unions account history billing to protest the unauthorized charges I was told they were a third party call center but, to cancel or request a refund I had to email refunds@grants 360.com. However, when I entered that address on the search engine it directed me to Grants360 with no info on requesting refunds.

I wanted to cancel my order for the grant cd because I found out they are going to charge me money for something I didn't know about.
