Been getting phone calls fron a "law firm" that says he is a "paralegal" for Federal Legeslation of Buisness Customer Affairs and Buisness Regulations. He said he is from California. There are 3 law suites against me for not paying back a loan. Thay say They sent me $300 loan check in the mail and I have not payed it back. I never recieved any check. They keep using the last 4 digets of my Social Security number and using that as the proof that they sent the check. I did search the web 2 months ago for a loan but never applied for one. They gave me the name and phone number of a supervisor Ronni Cooper 707-969-0053 to call and talk to when I ask to talk to a supervisor. When I call it says the mail box is full and you can not leave a message. The next phone call that comes I'm going to ask them to send me a copy og the cashed check (front/back) and copy of all paper work with certified mail. I will not give them my address they should have it if they sent me a check, right? Then we will see what happens.

These people are scammers and they will be caught. Federal loan act say's no loan company can charge you with a crime for not paying back a loan, payday or unsecured loan.. Tell them to kiss it..Good Luck.. I started calling them and harrassing them every hour on the hour. Kind of fun..
