This company seeme to be holding funds with the excuse there is some kind of risk involoved.
I processed a payment of $1, 524.65 USD, the customer used a Visa in Spain and Federated is saying they are unable to get through to the bank over there.
I contacted my customer in Spain and they contacted their bank and the bank said the funds had left their account and they gave me a confirmation number.
I called Federated and had to leave a message telling them this at their risk management department and they havent' returnred the call.
I'm beginning to wonder if Federated is having solvency issues.
