I bought a warranty on the used car I purchased from Feldman's. They told me that it could be canceled at any time...within 30 days would get me a full refund...after 30 days wuld get me a pro-rated refund. I was due over $1, eaf6a400.00, and instead of returning the money to me, they added it as credit on my car. This was not where the money came from...nor is it where I asked it to be credited. In these tough times, I needed the money really bad. I called and complained, but of course there is no returned call. I will never again buy a vehicle from them. Stick to reputable dealers.
