This company is taking HIT Web Designs old customer for a ripe off. The want you to pay for your domain name or they will hold it for 90 days. I tried to work with them. I was told the CFO was the only one who could authorized my request not to pay $50 for my domain name. Ever could get the CFO to return emails or phone calls. Manager was polite but gave the the run around. They would not send the information in writing to me. I might have paid them for my domain name but the customer service was so lousy there is no way I would pay them for my name. I would rather wait 90 days and re-caputure it. What kind of cs is this!
